Cheering information
As of Tuesday, September 1, ALL cheerleaders will be inside the school. NO parents will be allowed in
the gym. we will need parents to guard the doors. Please speak to me for more information on this. tiny
mites and mitey mite parents will be allowed in the building with designated areas to be. This is
Gardner High school policy that we MUST follow or we will not be allowed in the school for practices.
Practices will be from 6pm - 8 pm for Jr. pee wees and pee wee's on Tuesday, Wednesday and
Thursdays, and from 6pm - 730 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays for tiny mites and mitey mites. We
expect ALL parents to be at school 1/2 hour before the end of practice to get any information that needs
to be handed out.

North County information
August 13th- Mandatory Meeting for Tiny Mite and Mity Mite Football Coaches
All paper work MUST be turned in by 6pm on Wednesday, August 13 or your child will have to sit out of practice
until it is in. The doctors notes that you turned in MUST be stamped by a doctor. The books are going in on
Wednesday August 13, if your doctors note is not accepted by central, it will be returned to me on Wednesday .
Weigh ins are on Saturday, August 23 @ 10am on Saturday in Winchendon at the Clark in Winchendon Center.
Be there no later than 9:40am. This is MANDITORY, if your child is not weighed in, they can NOT play until the
next official weigh in which we are not sure of when or where that is. Central Mass announces it as they set it up.
Your child must wear game shirt, shorts and sneakers.
Jamboree information is in the schedule is as follows on Sunday, Aug. 24
a. 9:00 – 9:40 field 1 Tiny mites VS. Oakmont
b. 10:40 – 11:20 field 2 Mitey mite 1 VS. Winchendon
c. 11:30 – 12:10 field 2 Mitey Mite 2 VS. Oakmont
d. 2:00 – 2:40 field 1 JRPW 1 VS winchendon
e. 2:00 – 2:40 field 2 JRPW2 VS. Leominster 2
f. 3:40 – 4:20 field 2 PW VS. Fitchburg
g. 6:10 – 6:50 field 1 JM VS. North Middlesex

Pictures are in the process of being set up, we will have more information to follow.
Please remember to have your child pick up after him or herself. We are spending a lot of time after practices
picking up trash.
